By now you’re very familiar with how we structure our strength training it’s time to take it to a high performance level. Phase 3 will continue to maintain and develop flexibility as well as your fitness that is specific to soccer.
REQUIRED GEAR: You need Mini Bands, Training Cables (plus Flex Handles and a Door Anchor) and Slidez.
PLAN TO WIN: You need a door to anchor the Training Cables. Before you start, place the Door Anchor at a high level in the door to be ready for the first strength circuit. When you start the second strength circuit you’ll need to adjust the door anchor to a lower level.
