Strength - Day 2 - Weeks 4, 5, & 6
It’s time to challenge your strength with added complexity to the total body strength training. Now that you’re used to the flow of the strength sessions, continue to work hard. We’ll also add the component of maintaining flexibility with mobility exercises in the strength circuits.
REQUIRED GEAR: You need Mini Bands, Training Cables (plus Flex Handles and a Door Anchor) and Slidez.
OPTIONAL GEAR: 6X Hurdles. No hurdles? No problem, use a towel or imaginary line for drills.
PLAN TO WIN: You need a door to anchor the Training Cables. Before you start, place the Door Anchor at a high level in the door to be ready for the first strength circuit.
