Strength - Day 2 - Weeks 4, 5, & 6
Itâ€™s time to challenge your strength with added complexity to the total body strength training. Now that youâ€™re used to the flow of the strength sessions, continue to work hard. Weâ€™ll also add the component of maintaining flexibility with mobility exercises in the strength circuits.
REQUIRED GEAR: You need Mini Bands, Training Cables (plus Flex Handles and a Door Anchor) and Slidez.
OPTIONAL GEAR: 6X Hurdles. No hurdles? No problem, use a towel or imaginary line for drills.
PLAN TO WIN: You need a door to anchor the Training Cables. Before you start, place the Door Anchor at a high level in the door to be ready for the first strength circuit.
