Soccer players known for their speed on the pitch are very efficient with their movements. They practice this with speed and agility drills. In Phase 1 we’ll take a technical approach to learn first step and lateral quickness. Then,we pick up the pace so you get your conditioning in.

PLAN TO WIN: No Ladder? Use your imagination or removable tape set about 12 inches apart. No hurdles? No problem. Use books, t-shirts or your imagination to create a 6 inch “hurdle.”
