Weâ€™re adding some complexity to our movements and layering in plyometrics to continue to improve your force production. Building off the foundation youâ€™ve laid in Phase 1, youâ€™ll notice some of the movements in Phase 2 continue to be specific to soccer. This translates to wins on the pitch.
REQUIRED GEAR: You need Mini Bands, Training Cables (plus Flex Handles and a Door Anchor) and Slidez.
PLAN TO WIN: You need a door to anchor the Training Cables. Before you start, place the Door Anchor at a low level in the door to be ready for the first strength circuit.
