We’re adding some complexity to our movements and layering in plyometrics to continue to improve your force production. Building off the foundation you’ve laid in Phase 1, you’ll notice some of the movements in Phase 2 continue to be specific to soccer. This translates to wins on the pitch.
REQUIRED GEAR: You need Mini Bands, Training Cables (plus Flex Handles and a Door Anchor) and Slidez.
PLAN TO WIN: You need a door to anchor the Training Cables. Before you start, place the Door Anchor at a low level in the door to be ready for the first strength circuit.
