Power - Day 1 - Weeks 1, 2, & 3
Powerful soccer players generate force by effectively combining speed and strength to become unstoppable on the pitch. This Phase will teach you the foundational movements that will make you more powerful.
REQUIRED GEAR: You need Mini Bands, Training Cables (plus Flex Handles and a Door Anchor) and Slidez.
PLAN TO WIN: You need a door to anchor the Training Cables. Before you start, place the Door Anchor at a high level in the door to be ready for the first strength circuit.
